Junior Achievement Online/Silent Auction:
1. Online portion of the Auction will begin on TBD and end on
Tuesday, March 11.
2. To Place a bid on an item:
- Click on the "Click to Bid" on the item you are bidding
- In the email sent to JA you must include the following:
First, Middle and Last Name
Address
Telephone Number
Fax Number (if applicable)
Email Address
Failure to include any of the above information nullifies the bid
- The Initials of the high bidder will appear with the amount bid in the Current Bid column
- JA will email a confirmation that the bid was received to the bidder
3. Online portion of the auction will end at Noon on Tuesday, March
11. At that time bids will no longer be excepted online. JA will contact the high bidder of each item and will need a Visa or MasterCard number to hold the bid. In order to continue bidding on an item the bidder must attend the Silent Auction which begins at 4:30 p.m. on
Wednesday, March 12 at the Sheraton Reading Hotel in Wyomissing, 1741 Paper Mill Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610.
4. Silent Auction will close at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12. At that time all bidding will end.
5. All winning bids will be announced on Wednesday, March 12 prior to 9:00 p.m. at the Sheraton Reading Hotel in Wyomissing, 1741 Paper Mill Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610.
6. All winning bidders will be notified on Thursday, March 13 by 5:00 p.m. by email.
8. All winning bidders are required to pick up items won within 30 days of notification.
9. After 15 days of notification, if item has not been picked up, winning bidder's credit card will be billed without additional notification.
10. Online Auction Site and winning bids will be available to view until
Friday, March 21 at 4:00 p.m.
All proceeds will benefit Junior Achievement of Greater
Reading and Lehigh Valley.
